Section
A section is a cut through the model along a line you draw in plan.
Create a section
Open Context → New section. Click where the cut starts, then click where it ends. Press Space while placing to flip the direction the view looks at.
What you see
Walls, floors, stairs and other solids are filled where the cut crosses them. Openings show as holes. The result is the drawing to place on a sheet.
